Tech Sales Leader

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Identify gaps & needs in the Field Sales and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Act as the link between IT Solutions Team and Field Saled Team
  • Provide in depth analysis around performance, recommendations and gap closure action plans in order to ensure an optimar service level.
  • Manage communication of strategic initiatives and develop training materials.
  • Develop, track, and monitor technology solutions through to the end users and ensure that the solutions are fully utilized after implementation and are driving desired behaviours and results.
  • Work on ad hoc projects intended to drive the evolution of the sales structure and process.
  • Manage Tech Sales Team Budget
  • Seek out efficiency savings (both time and cost) in new ways of working and structure.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology (strongly desired), or Business
  • Programming knowledge (required)
  • Manage technological tools such as BI, Truck, GVQ, ArcGis, Data algorithms/Data Management among others
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups and senior leadership
  • Languages: Advanced English (required)
  • Statistical Knowledge (strongly desired)
  • Scrum/Agile Methodology (strongly desired)
